Instructions on how to registered are provided here below:
1. Create your ECAS account/EU login, using this link; you may refer to the PDF for further assistance.
2. Once you have registered in ECAS, the designated user of your company has to contact the JRC at jrc-co2dice@ec.europa.eu providing your unique identifier at the Commission (uid), the email used for registration and the Company name.
Please remember that the JRC needs to authorize your access to the DICE system before you can perform any submission.
